Crash replacement service is only available for customers withing Germany!

CASCO offers an exchange service for helmets involved in an accident and grants you a new helmet at a discount of 50% on the regular recommended retail price. Only helmets that have been proven to have been in use for maximum 1 year and that have actually been damaged due to an accident can be replaced by our crash exchange service.

To verify this, please send the helmet involved, a copy of the original invoice and this completed form to the following address:

After we have received the helmet you will receive an e-mail with a discount code of 50%. You can then use this in our online shop and purchase a new helmet of your choice.
