How long is the warranty period on my helmet/goggles?
CASCO offers a 24 month warranty on all of ist helmets and goggles. This covers only errors in the material or workmanship. It does not cover products with errors that have arisen due to usage, changes to the product made by the consumer, improper use or damages through accidents. Helmets involved in an accident can be exchanged through our exchange service (applicable for 1 year from purchase date). In order to verify your warranty claims we need the invoice. In the event of warranty claims please fill out this form.
